Tart Cherry Juice
Highly sugary juices are normally not recommended for people suffering from joint pain due to their high sugar content. Sugar can be inflammatory and the juice has no natural fiber to moderate its release into the bloodstream. However, consuming the juice in the form of whole fruits is okay since fruits have the requisite fiber and are easy to eat due to their sweetness.
But there’s one exemption to the no-juice rule we’ve mentioned above: tart cherry juice. Medical research has shown that this natural juice is capable of lessening joint swelling and inflammation, thereby alleviating aches associated with osteoarthritis.
